As complement to the presence of several associated businesses, in the fairs of Milan (Shows Convegno) and Istanbul (Sodex 2004), in the modality of Participation Grouped coordinated by AFEC, the association has organized the Mission of Prescriptores of Opinion, during the fourth quarter of the present year, of which is offered subsequently a detailed outline.

Other activities related to the export have been: the preparation and processing of the Sectorial Plan for the year 2005, and the request of recognition as Exporting Association, presented by AFEC, before the Department of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.

Inverse trade mission of Prescriptores of Opinion.

Inside the program of activities included in the Sectorial Plan of AFEC for the year 2004, has taken place, from the 7 to November 12, the visit to Spain, of 5 foreign journalists, of technical magazines specialized in the country of the air conditioning, with object to contact with Spanish manufacturers of teams of air conditioning, associates of AFEC, and with IFEMA, Fair Institution of Madrid.

The visit, organized and coordinated by AFEC, is framed in the cited Sectorial Plan of this Association, approved and subsidized, in part, by the ICEX (Spanish Institute of foreign trade).

They have participated in this activity, the journalists grasped in the photography that accompanies this outline, in its visit to AIRFLOW, and whose relation, including country of origin and name of the magazine is presented subsequently.

The selection of the participating magazines in the Mission, was carried out in base to the information supplied by the Commercial Offices of Spain in those countries and to the own experience of AFEC, in base to the contacts carried out during the Fairs Grouped of the years 2000 and 2002, in Prague (Czech Republic) and Poznan (Poland).

The objective of the Mission is to bring to light in the countries of origin of the journalists, the importance of the Spanish air conditioning, the technological and industrial capacities of the national manufacturers and the importance of the fair AIR CONDITIONING, like exponent of this market and of the industry that supports it.

As a result of the articles that can be generated in the respective publications, an assembly of Spanish businesses, the ones that voluntarily have participated in the Mission, they will bring themselves to light in these countries, by means of the corresponding outline in each one of the magazines cited.

Additionally, these articles can generate professional visitors to the fair, contributing to their internacionalización, another of the objectives sought by the manufacturers, and consequently to enlarge the return of the investment carried out to participate in the same one.

All in all, with this visit intends, and thus agreed in their day with the magazines that have participated in the Mission, that they publish extensive outlines or journalistic articles, in their respective publications, dedicated to: the businesses visited, the market of the air conditioning in Spain and to AIR CONDITIONING 2005.

The participating businesses in the Mission, that received the journalists, their installations they showed them and delivered them information on her activities and products, they were, mentioned by order of visit: GER, HITECSA, MONFRI, CIATESA and AIRFLOW.
