Inverse commercial delegations 2001
Inside the 1st Sectorial Plan of Export presented by AFEC, that the ICEX, Spanish Institute of foreign trade, approved by the end of 2000, the execution of an Inverse trade Mission was contemplated, that in its day was decided to carry out because of the Fair. According to it, was requested our associates, that continuing the contacts initiated in the fairs grouped of the preceding years, sent us a relation of businesses and people that desired to invite to visit AIR CONDITIONING 2001, for in the framework of the same one to continue the trade relations initiated in happinesses you trade. As a result of it, was received in AFEC, a high number of requests.
In the end, by reasons of budgetary adjustment, the participation remained reduced 19 professionals of the sector of the air Conditioning of: Argentina, Moroccan, Tunisia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and France. After contacting with the Commercial Offices of Spain, to reserve flights and hotel and to attend to the numerous cancellations, replacements, modifications, etc., managed to meet in Madrid, Thursday 1 from March to 21 people. That same night was celebrated a supper of reception, in the hotel in which they were lodged, to which they attended the representatives of the Spanish businesses that had requested their presence. The next day, in the Club Trades was welcomed them in name of the Parlor and from that moment each guest remained free.
The mission was completed with visits to Factory and to the stands, business meetings, etc. The results of the contacts seem to offer excellent perspectives in agreement of all types for the Spanish businesses that have participated, according to the appraisals that the own businesses have carried out, as is deduced of the sent information to the Association.
It is important to indicate that all the traveling expenses and lodging of the 19 invited people will be subsidized by the ICEX, like activity collected in the cited 1er Sectorial Plan of Export, elaborated by AFEC in their history.
