Air Conditioning Machines Renove Plan in Valencia

The Valencian Agency of the Energy by means of Resolution of May 12, 2011, calls aids of the Plan Renew of air conditioning 2011, destined to the domestic air conditioning teams replacement by other of highly energy efficiency.

Object and beneficiaries

The object of this resolution is to call aids for the energy classification air conditioning apparatuses acquisition TO in the Valencian Community.

Beneficiaries of the aids they are considered all the physical or legal people of public or private nature and the resident non-profit institutions in the Valencian Community.

Economic amount of the assembly

The maximum quantity destined for this assembly is of 1.200.000 Euro.

Actions subvencionables

It is considered like susceptible activity of aid, the acquisition and domestic air conditioning apparatuses installation of class TO that be carried out to substitute old teams of air conditioning.

The new teams should be individual installations, that work in cold way or in way cold/heat with a nominal thermal power in smaller cooling or equal to 12 kW, according to RD 142/2003 and with highly energy benefits, according to the following classification:

Apparatuses divided with an or more interior units, type split, multi-split or bomb of heat parted, air-cooled or by water of energy classification TO in cooling (only cold teams), or energy classification TO in cooling and heating (heat bomb teams).
Air-cooled compact apparatuses or by water of energy classification TO in cooling (only cold teams) or energy classification TO in cooling and heating (heat bomb teams).

For the purpose of guaranteeing since the point of view of energy efficiency, the suitability of the teams of air conditioning we encourage by means of the present campaign, a relation with the marks will be established and model subvencionables that is found available in the following web: www.planrenoveaven.es

The manufacturers and air conditioning teams distributors will be able to request to AVEN the inclusion of new teams in the "Listing Renew air conditioning" until September 16, 2011.

The amount of the aid for the acquisition of the apparatus, will be able to surpass in no case a reduction of the price of the installation over the 25%, for which should be reduced, in its case, the amount of the subsidy to said limit. It is understood for price of the installation, the price of the team and its assembly, VAT done not include.

Time limit to acquire the teams

Start date of the campaign: June 1, 2011.

Date end of the campaign: 30 of September of 2011, or at the moment of exhaustion of the amount assigned to this assembly.

Procedure

The commerce that desire to participate is this Plan Renew they should be adhered, by means of the delivery in the Office of campaign, created to such effect, of the slip of adhesion.
The aids will be channeled through the commerce adhered.
The replacement of the team will be carry out on the part of an associated installer to the commerce adhered to the campaign of the Plan Renew of air conditioning 2011.
Once it carried out happiness replacement, the commerce will discount the beneficiary, of the final price of the team, the amount established as aid, according to the type of team. Said discount should appear in the bill.

Requirements required to the commerce

The commerce that adhere to this Plan Renew they should comply, among others, the following requirements:

Withdrawing the teams of air conditioning substituted without additional price for the final beneficiary and to treat this residue. In this sense the commerce should possess a covenant or contract of services with a residues management committee business.
The commerce should certify the delivery of the team of air conditioning for to be recycled, so that, the number of teams subsidized be equal to that of delivered.
Carrying out the discount of the aid always at the moment of the sale.
Collaborating actively in the diffusion and support of the objectives of the campaign.
