The management of the Plan Renew will develop for ASEFOSAM (Association of Businessmen of Fontanería, Clean-up, Gas, Heating, air Conditioning, Maintenance, Electricity and Related of Madrid).

The acquisition and domestic air conditioning apparatuses installation, with a nominal thermal power in state of lower cold or equal to 12 kW, that be of class TO or upper, in way cooling or in way cooling/heating, inside them included in the Real Decree 142/2003, of 7 of February, by the one that be to regulated the energy labeling of the air conditioners of domestic use, and always and when the team acquired:

Amount of the individual aids

The amount of the individual aids for each team of air conditioning subsidized is the following one:

The amount of the incentive for the acquisition and installation of the apparatus will not be able to surpass the 30% of the eligible price, VAT done not include.

The eligible price includes the price of the apparatus and its installation. They remain excluded the concepts of bricklaying.

Procedure

Copies of the Certificate of Business Instaladora, mantenedora or refreshing of fixed apparatuses of cooling, air conditioning and bomb of heat, according to the arranged thing in the Regulation nº 303/2008 and Real Decree 795/2010.

- Direction of installation of the team of air conditioning.
- Edit of the price of the team of air conditioning, assembly, VAT.
Certificate emitted or sealed by the authorized agent of residues (belonging to a SIG) that accredit the delivery of the team substituted for its recycled, date and place of delivery.
Certificate of collected of the cooling gas of the team substituted emitted by the Business Instaladora Adhered.

Presentation of the documentation and guarantee of the incentives
