Air Conditioning Machines Renove Plan in Galicia

The Department of Economy and Industry, through the Energy Institute of Galicia (INEGA), has placed in motion the Plan Renew of Machines of air Conditioning (Campaign 2010-2011).

The characteristics of this Plan Renew, in the referring thing to our sector, are the following:

Qualifying for funding actions

The air conditioning machines replacement or bombs of conventional heat of low energy efficiency by the purchase of other machines of highly energy efficiency with upper thermal nominal power or equal to 5kW and lower or equal to 70 kW, that comply the following requirements:

Teams of air conditioning (alone cold) air/air or air/water. (Performance. class "TO" and EER over 3).
Bombs of Heat (alone heat or reversible) that have as cold focus the air. (Performance: class "TO", COP equal or over 3.5 and EER over 3).

Qualifying for funding marks and models

The marks and model subvencionables they are found included in the listing of the Plan Renew of Teams of air Conditioning of the INEGA, that will go bringing up to date during the period of duration of the campaign.

With this end the manufacturers/installers of machines that desire to be included in the listing or that quieran to modify the data of their available machines in the same one, they should present in the INEGA the documentation justificativa of their technical characteristics, through their email address.

Budget

The quantity destined for this assembly of aids (kettles, air conditioning and bombs of heat) elevates to 1.000.000 of Euro.

Time limit of acquisition

The time limit of acquisition I encourage of the machines and of aid requests presentation will be open until June 30, 2011, or until the budget be exhausted.

Amount of the incentives

The maximum limit of the aid according to the nominal power is the following one:

The quantity pertaining to the subsidy will not be able to be over the 25% of the total price of the installation.

(The price of installation refers to the price of the machines, its assembly and the VAT, if the same one was subvencionable, as is the case of the individuals or non-profit companies).

Beneficiaries

Physical or legal people of public or private right, owners of dwellings or buildings of the tertiary sector, situated in the autonomous region of Galicia and whenever the action subvencionable be carried out in them cited dwellings and buildings.

Process of obtaining of the aids

The buyer will be directed to a collaborating company (installer or business instaladora), adhered to the Plan he Renew of Teams of air Conditioning to acquire the subsidy object machine (the buyer will credit the price that correspond except the amount of the aid). The collaborating company will carry out the request of funds through the web page of INEGA, will print the printed one of the aid and the buyer will sign his conformity.

The once sent, collaborating company all the documentation to the INEGA, he will charge the amount of the bill with the discount of the aid established.

Other requirements

The old apparatuses substituted will be negotiated correctly, and will be delivered to the INEGA a certificate that justify the management of them cited residues.

The installers or businesses instaladoras that adhere to this plan they have to be authorized, by the competent territorial department in industry to develop works of thermal installations.
