Air Conditioning Machines Renove Plan in Cataluña

The department of Economy and Finances of the Generalitat of Catalonia, through the Catalonian Institute of the Energy (ICAEN), by means of the Order ECF/362/2010, make public the assembly for the year 2010, by the one that the regulating bases of the electrical Appliances Renewal Plan, Kettles and apparatuses of air conditioning of Catalonia are approved.

Actions incentivables

The replacements of domestic teams of air conditioning by other new of class A.

Time limit of acquisition

The time limit of acquisition I encourage of the teams will have effects from July 1, 2010 until December 30, 2010, or to the exhaustion of the budget.

Teams subvencionables

Class air conditioning teams TO, with a maximum thermal power of 12 kW.

They remain excluded the apparatuses air-water and water-water, according to the Real Decree 142/2003, by the one that be to regulated the energy labeling of the domestic use air conditioning apparatuses.

The teams, object of subsidy, they should be incorporated in the database of Domestic Apparatuses of Efficient air conditioning of IDAE.

Beneficiaries of the aids

The physical people that substitute some of the apparatuses previously cited.

Other Requirements

So that the team substituted be object of subsidy, should meet also the following requirements:

That the team go destined to first residence inside the territory of Catalonia.
That the apparatus substituted be withdrawn for its recycled and that the correct management of residues of the apparatuses withdrawn be accredited.
The applicant has to have carried out the payment of the apparatus subsidized.
The installation should be carried out for an authorized installer.

Budget

The quantity destined for the renewal kettles and apparatuses of air conditioning is: 2.000.000 of Euro.

Amount of the individual aids

The amount of the individual aid for each team of air conditioning subsidized is: 250 Euro.

The amount of the subsidy will not be able to surpass the 25% of the sale price of the apparatus of air conditioning, VAT excluded.

Process of obtaining of the aids

The beneficiary of the aid will be the responsible for doing the necessary procedures to present the request inside the time limit established, jointly with the documentation required, the businesses comercializadoras adhered to the Plan Renew they will facilitate their clients the procedures for the presentation of the requests.

The processing of the documentation will be able to be done for two ways:

Directly by the beneficiary
Through the business comercializadora adhered

Jointly with the application form, the beneficiaries should present, among another, the following documentation:

It photocopies of the bill of the apparatus of air conditioning.
Document that accredit the correct management of the residues with the duty accreditation of the agent of residues.
It photocopies of the official accreditation of the installer.
Etc.

Guarantee of the Aid to the Beneficiary

Once it approved the corresponding request of subsidy on the part of the ICAEN, the payment of the aid will be carried out for banking transfer to the charge account indicated by the beneficiary in the application form.
