Air Conditioning Machines Renove Plan in Castilla-La Mancha

The Department of Industry, Energy and Environment, by means of Order of 30/11/2011, calls the aids of the Renove Plan of Domestic Teams of air Conditioning of Castile The Spot, for the replacement of kettles and machines of air conditioning, by other new with a significantly more efficient energy performance.

The characteristics of this Renove Plan, in the referring thing to our sector are the following:

Actions incentivables

They will be considered susceptible of aid the replacements of domestic machines of air conditioning by other new of class A.

Teams subvencionables

So that the machines substituted be susceptible of aid they should be complied, among others, the following requirements:

The new machines of air conditioning should be individual installations, that work in cold way or in way cold/heat, with a nominal thermal power in smaller cooling or equal to 12 kW, and with highly energy benefits according to the following classification:
1. Apparatuses divided with an or more interior units, type Split, multi-split or bomb of heat parted, air-cooled or by water, of energy classification TO in cooling, for machines that work in cold way and of energy classification TO in cooling and heating, for machines that they work in way cold/heat.
2. Compact apparatuses, included compact transportable, air-cooled or by water of energy classification TO in cooling, for machines that work in cold way, and of energy classification TO in cooling and heating, for machines that they work in way cold/heat.
The machines, object of subsidy, they should be incorporated in the database of Domestic Apparatuses of Efficient air conditioning of IDAE.
The machines to install, object of aid, they will be new and they should be installed inside the territory of the autonomous region of Castilla-La Mancha.
The machines substituted will not be of class TO, or if they were it, to be object of subsidy they should have a minimum antiquity of 5 years or to utilize cooling gas R-22.
The machines substituted will be withdrawn by the business instaladora and delivered an authorized agent for the management of this type of residues, should to be accredited happiness delivers for its recycled, by means of the opportune certification.

Beneficiaries of the aids

Physical or legal people, included communities of goods, with fiscal residence in the autonomous region of Castilla-La Mancha, that substitute machines of air conditioning, in the terms predicted in the Order, through the businesses instaladoras that participate in the Plan, by means of the adhesion to some of the collaborating companies.

Time limit of acquisition

The time limit of acquisition I encourage of the machines will have effects since until July 2, 2012, or to the exhaustion of the credit assigned to the assembly if this was produced in previous date.

Budget

The quantity destined for the program of aids to the replacement of domestic machines of air conditioning is of 100.000,- Euro.

Amount of the individual aids

The amount of the individual aid for each machine of air conditioning, in function of its power, is the following one:

COOL POWER	AIDS
Pf < 5 Kw	150€
5 Kw < Pf < 10 Kw	300€
10 Kw < Pf < 12 Kw	400€

The amount of the aid will be able to exceed in no case from the 30% of the price of the replacement, including the price of the new machine and the price of its installation, (VAT included).

Process of obtaining of the aids

The requests of aids will be able only to be presented on the part of the businesses instaladoras to the collaborating companies to that were adhered, that are the ones that negotiate the documentation for her concession.

The request should go accompanied by the documentation required, among the one that is found:

Duplicate or copies of the bill of acquisition of the machine of air conditioning.
Certification sent off by the business instaladora, in which the installation of the new machine of air conditioning be accredited, as well as the withdrawal of the machine substituted.
Labeling of energy classification of the machine installed.
Supporting documentation of the antiquity of the machine substituted when this be of class A.
Certification sent off by authorized agent for the processing of this type of residues, supporting of the delivery of the machine substituted, by the business instaladora for its recycled, in which the machine delivered be identified properly.
Etc.

Guarantee of the Aid to the Beneficiary

Once it approved the corresponding request of subsidy, the General Direction of Industry, Energy and Mines will proceed to credit the beneficiary the amount of the same one.
