Air Conditioning Machines Renove Plan in Andalucia

The Department of Economy, Innovation and Science, through the Andalusian Agency of the Energy, has placed in motion the new assembly of the Plan Renew of electrical Appliances of Andalusia (2010-2011), that an edition more includes teams of air conditioning.

The characteristics of this Plan Renew, as for our sector are the following:

Qualifying for funding actions

Acquisition and installation of apparatuses of highly energy efficiency, labelings like class TO, that replace other of low energy efficiency.

Qualifying for funding machines

Air conditioners of domestic use according to Real Decree 142/2003, with energy classification TO, except for the portable.

The subsidy object teams should figure in the Efficient air conditioning Apparatuses database of IDAE.

Time limit of acquisition

The time limit of acquisition I encourage of the teams and of incentives requests presentation will begin from the next one 13 of April and will remain open until its conclusion be declared, by means of resolution of the General Direction of the Andalusian Agency of the Energy.

Budget

16 million Euro (For all the Plan Renew of electrical Appliances of Andalusia).

Amount of the incentives

The incentive for the replacement of the air conditioners of domestic use elevates to: 400 Euro.

This amount will not be able to surpass the 25% of the price of the acquisition, for which in case to be surpassed, the amount of the subsidy will be the resultant one to apply the cited maximum percentage. (The price of acquisition will not be able to exceed of 3,000 Euro, VAT included. In said amount the price of the apparatus should be included more that of the installation and/or desinstalación, in its case).

Beneficiaries

Physical people that acquire some team incentivable, for their installation in a dwelling situated in Andalusia on the one that accredit to have availability.

Procedure

The requests of subsidy will be complimented for the commerce adhered in which the team be going to acquire and they will be the responsible for presenting the request of incentive in name of the buyer, who will receive the discount in the same moment of the purchase.

Requirements required to the commerce

The commerce that adhere to this Plan Renew they owe, among others, to comply the following requirements:

Being linked to a System Integrated of Management (SIG) of the Residues of electrical Appliances and Electronic.
Presenting a relation of businesses instaladoras reputable, accompanied by its official accreditation, with the ones that the commerce anticipate to collaborate for the installation of the teams.

In the assembly 2009-2010 I am encouraged the change of more than 20,000 apparatuses of air conditioning, that received a subsidy of around 4.000.000 of Euro.
