ANDALUCIA. Renove Plan start

The Department of Innovation, Science and Business, through the Andalusian Agency of the Energy, has placed in motion the new assembly of the Plan Renew of Electric (2009-2010), that includes teams of air conditioning.

The characteristics of this Plan Renew, as for our sector, are the following:

Actions incentivables

Acquisition and installation of apparatuses of highly energy efficiency, labelings like class TO, in cold and heat, that replace other that, offering similar benefits and being at present in use, they comply not with the requirements of said category.

Teams subvencionables

Air conditioners of domestic use according to Real Decree 142/2003, with energy classification TO, except for the portable.

Time limit of acquisition

The time limit of acquisition I encourage of the teams and of incentives requests presentation has begun January 20, 2010 and will remain open until its conclusion be declared, by means of resolution of the General Direction of the Andalusian Agency of the Energy.

Amount of the incentives

300 Euro. The amount of the incentive will not be able to surpass the 25% of the price of the acquisition. (The price of acquisition will not be able to exceed of 3,000 Euro, VAT included. In this amount the price of the apparatus should be included more that of the installation and desinstalación).

Budget

Budgetary line for air conditioning around 3.500.000 Euro.

Beneficiaries

Users, through the commerce adhered. The commerce adhered will be the responsible for presenting the request of incentive in name of the buyer, who will receive the discount in the same moment of the purchase.

Requirements required to the commerce

The commerce that adhere to this Plan Renew they owe, among others, to comply the following requirements:

Being linked to a System Integrated of Management (SIG) of the Residues of electrical Appliances and Electronic.
Presenting a relation of businesses instaladoras reputable, accompanied by its official accreditation, with the ones that the commerce anticipate to collaborate for the installation of the teams.

In the assembly 2008-2009 the change has been subsidized some 16,000 apparatuses of air conditioning that received an incentive of around 3.500.000 Euro.
