Air Conditioning Machines Renove Plan in Andalucia

The General Office of the secretary of Energy and Industrial Development has called the subsidies of the Plan Renew of electrical Appliances of Andalusia, and the process of authorization and adhesion of the collaborating businesses.

The characteristics of this Plan Renew, as for the sector of the air conditioning are the following:

Qualifying for funding actions

Acquisition and new air conditioning apparatuses installation of highly energy efficiency, labelings like class TO or upper, that replace the of low energy efficiency, and that they be adjusted to the types subvencionables, requisite and specific conditions of this assembly.

Teams subvencionables

The domestic teams of air conditioning of to 12 kW, with energy classification TO, according to the classification contemplated in the Real Decree 142/2003, of 7 of February, by the one that be to regulated the energy labeling of the air conditioners of domestic use. As well as by the Real Decree 1390/2011, of 14 of October, by the one that be to regulated the indication of the consumption of energy and other resources on the part of the products related to the energy, by means of the labeling and an information normalized and the Regulation 626/2011, relating to the energy labeling of the air conditioners.

The teams subvencionables can be consulted in the air conditioning apparatuses database of IDAE, that collects the most efficient domestic teams of to 12 kW.

Beneficiaries

Physical people that do not exercise economic activity in the action object of the subsidy, and that proceed to acquire teams subvencionables in the framework of the present assembly, in replacement from other of the same type and of smaller energy efficiency, provided that the replacement be carried out in dwellings located in the autonomous region of Andalusia.

The collaborating businesses will discount the beneficiary, at the moment of collection by the acquisition and installation of the team subvencionable, the equivalent amount to the subsidy.

Amount of the incentives

400 Euro. The amount of the incentive will not be able to surpass the 25% of the price of acquisition. (The price of acquisition will not be able to exceed of 3,000 Euro, VAT included. In this amount the price of the apparatus should be included more that of the installation and desinstalación).

Budget

16.000.000 of Euro, for all the Plan Renew of electrical Appliances. The quantity destined to air conditioning is of 4.000.000,- of Euro.

Collaborating businesses

They will be able to obtain the condition of collaborating business of the procedure simplified of processing of subsidies of this Plan Renew of electrical Appliances of Andalusia 2011, the businesses whose activity understand the sale and installation of the electric object of the subsidy to the person beneficiary of the same one, provided that they having authorization for the exercise of said activity.

Time limit of presentation of the requests

The time limit so that the businesses proveedoras of the subsidy object teams can request the authorization of the Andalusian Agency of the Energy to intervene in this Plan Renew and its adhesion as collaborating businesses in the processing simplified of said subsidies has begun January 10, January of 2012.

The time limit for the funds reserve request and the acquisition subsidized of the air conditioners of domestic use will begin March 14, 2012 and will remain open until its conclusion be declared, by means of resolution of the General Direction of the Andalusian Agency of the Energy.

Procedure of processing of the requests of authorization and contribution

The processing of the requests of authorization and adhesion as Collaborating Business of this Plan Renew they will be complimented and they will present telematicly before the Unique Telematic Registration of the Meeting Of Andalusia, that be available in the web of the Department of Economy, Innovation and Science.

Among the documentation digitized that the business applicant should present, is the document that accredit its linking to a System Integrated of Management (SIG) of the Residues of electrical Appliances and Electronic.

In the case of the collaborating businesses that include the sale of air conditioners, they should compliment in the data processing application, the listing of enabled businesses for the installation of this type of apparatuses.

Actions of Verification

In the case of the air conditioners subsidized, the Andalusian Agency of the Energy will be able to require to the collaborating business that contribute statement responsible for the business instaladora/mantenedora of thermal installations in buildings presented before the competent administrative organ, or any another document that accredit the authorization for the exercise of the regular activities by the regulations of industrial security and particularly, by the regulation of thermal installations in Buildings.

In the previous assembly 21,129 teams were substituted.
