World heritage Cities plan

The base of departure of this Plan is the verification that the buildings of the historic helmets of the cities world heritage have gone adapting, with the passage of time, to different uses, while the corresponding installations have been carried out without continuing a preestablished plan.

The consequences, in most cases, they are: serious and energy inefficiency affection esthetics.

The Plan proposes: Renewing the installations of air conditioning of the buildings situated in the historic helmets of the cities world heritage; to Initiate this renewal by the official buildings; to Carry out a model study in a representative city of the assembly.

The city, chosen like model, has been Cordoba by being truly representative of the situation described and by the evident by-product air conditioning need of its climatology. The proposal in this sense carried out to different institutions, between them IDAE and City Hall of Cordoba has been received with enthusiasm and already the first steps have been given, aiming to evaluate the current situation of the installations of air conditioning in said city.
