Eurovent Certification

Eurovent Certification is a company property of Eurovent, created to prompt the independent certification of the teams of air conditioning and of its main components.

The headquarters of the company is found in Paris and the laboratories that utilizes to carry out the certifications are distributed for various countries of the European Union.

Eurovent Certification certifies the performance of the teams that operate in the air processing environment, air conditioning and systems of cooling, according to European and international norms.

The programs of certification in vigor, they are:

Air conditioners up to 12 kW
Air conditioners from 12 kW to 45 kW
Air conditioners from 45 kW to 100 kW
Conditioners for rooms of computers to 100 kW

Principles in which the programs of certification are based

The programs of certification are open to all the manufacturers, European and not European.
The certification of Eurovent is directed to the alone and European market can be certificates the susceptible products of to be sold in said market
The teams produced by manufacturers, European or not, for other markets and that they cannot be sold in the European market will not be certificates.
The products that could be sold in Europe but that go destined to third parties countries, they should comply with the European specific regulation (for example: authorized refrigerants, energy labeling, etc.)
The conformity with the European guidelines of security (LVD, EMC, MD, PED) they are not part of the certification but will be required if they are applicable. Nevertheless it will be requested to the laboratories that inform the participants and to Eurovent on possible irregularities. If the not-conformity is verified will not be offered the certification.
