General Assembly 2011

The Ordinary General Assembly of AFEC, pertaining to it happened in the exercise 2010, last June 11 was celebrated, in the incomparable framework of the city of Granada.

The activities celebrated because of the same one, they developed the 11 and 12 of June. The first day took place the meeting of board of directors, that of Ordinary General Meeting and the formal dinner, the next day was carried out a traveled through tourist by Granada and a private nocturnal visit to The Alhambra.

The meeting of board of directors was celebrated in the Snowfall Saw parlor of the hotel Alhambra Palace with the assistance of all its members, except for one that, previously, had excused its assistance.

In the course of the same one they treated the diverse themes collected in the points that formed the corresponding Order of business, being dedicated special attention to the preparation of the Ordinary General Meeting, that considered place the afternoon.

Joins General Ordinary

This meeting was celebrated in the Arabian Parlor of the hotel, at 17 o'clock, in second assembly. Previously, to its start was delivered to the assistants the opportune accreditation, a book published by AFEC, titled" air Conditioning. General vision on Applicable Legislation", as well as a play of documentation that included the application Rule document of the laws of the Competence, the Order of business of the meeting, a copy of the last catalogue of the associated businesses to AFEC, a tríptico relating to The Bomb of Heat as Renewable Energy and the summary of the 3 presentations that were exposed once finalized the General Meeting.

The President, Javier Fernández of Bordons, opened the session welcoming to the assistants, and proceeding subsequently to develop the content of the introductory text of the Memory, doing special mention to the reinforcement of the presence of AFEC in institutions and European, national, and official agencies; to the increase of the level and quality of the information and of the services lent to the associates; as well as to the promotion of its External and internal visibility. It finished its intervention indicating the structural changes carried out to reinforce the Association and encouraging the associates to contribute to the common effort of AFEC.

In the course of the Meeting, the General Director, José Mª Ortiz, proceeded to review the Report of Management, and to develop the different points of the Memory, among the ones that fits to emphasize: The Economic Environment; the Market; the Institutional Relations, emphasizing in this section the contact maintained with the associations of the sector, so much to national level as the European; The Permanent Technical Committee, that counts on the contribution of technicians of a great number of associated businesses and whose activities they were explained more in depth in one of the presentations given upon finalizing the assembly; The Information in the Association; the activities of Export And of Normalization; the Legislation of interest, etc.

In the section relating to the accounting states of AFEC and SERVIAFEC, the Treasurer, Eugenio of Miguel, analyzed in detail the Annual Accounts of the exercise 2010 and the budgets of both companies for the year 2011.

The Report of Management, the Memory, the Annual Accounts of the year 2010, as well as the budgets pertaining to the year 2011 were approved unanimously.

Once it finished the Ordinary General Assembly, and approved, likewise unanimously, the minutes of the same one, was passed to the exposition of three presentations.

The first one of them, titled" Eurovent " was given by Joop Hoogkamer, Executive Director of EUROVENT (European Committee of Air Processing Team-Makers and Cooling).

The second titled presentation: " Permanent TechnicalCommittee", prepared by Cecilia Salamanca of the Technical Department of the Association, who could not attend the meeting by personal motives, he was exposed by José Mª Ortiz.

The third one that treated on" Actions of AFEC in relation to the Law of the Slowness", he was given by Pilar Budí, Enclosed to General Direction of AFEC.

Once it finalized the meeting, the assembly members and their companions were transferred to the "Carmen of Spires", situated in a strategic enclave of the city of Granada, where the formal dinner was celebrated. In the end of the same one, the President of the Association directed some words to the assistants, thanking them his presence and desiring them a lot of so much success to personal level as the professional.

The next day, diverse activities were celebrated, among the ones that was found a traveled through tourist by the city of Granada and a private nocturnal visit to the Alhambra, being closed the acts developed because of this assembly with a cocktail/have supper, celebrated in the gardens of the Carmen of the Foundation Rodriguez Goes to bed.
