1. General assembly

The Assembly names and chooses, each four years, to the members of the board of directors.

2. Board of directors

The Association is directed by the board of directors, formed of a maximum of 16 members and is composed by a President, a maximum of three vice President, a Treasurer and some directors. Likewise the Meeting has a Secretary that is not member of the same one.

The board of directors is renewed, mandatory, each four years, according to is arranged in the in force Statutes, being necessary requirement that the associates that to belong her, they have an antiquity, of five years as members of the Association.

The composition of the board of directors responds to the representatividad of the different present sectors in the association.

3. Permanent commission

The Permanent Commission they compose it the President, the vice President, the General Director and the Secretary. They will be able to attend the meetings of the Permanent Commission those people to the ones that the President invite to participate.
